Refunds & Returns Policy

FarageWatch Civic Media Ltd is committed to providing high-quality printed materials and a reliable service. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for purchases made through our website.

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Cancellations are valid as long as they are requested within the 14-day period.

2. Returning Goods After Cancellation

If you cancel within the cooling-off period, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Returned items must be:

  • in their original packaging
  • unopened and in resaleable condition
  • securely packaged for return transit.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty or we sent the wrong item.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will:

  • approve the refund if the items are in resalable condition
  • process the refund to your original payment method within 7 days

If you are eligible for a refund of your return delivery costs, these will be refunded only up to the value of the standard delivery option.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your items arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at: office@faragewatch.media

We will arrange:

  • a replacement, or
  • a full refund, and
  • cover all return postage where required.

Please include photographs of any damage for faster processing.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Opened bundles of newsletters.
  • Partially used or distributed printed material.
  • Items damaged after delivery.

Items also become ineligible for refund if they are damaged due to inadequate return packaging.
