Request an invitation to the Forum

The FarageWatch Community Forum is an invitation-only area of this website with discussion groups, user profiles, and Direct Messages.
It’s a simple platform (powered by Buddypress) for self-organising activists who support the FarageWatch project and want to be involved in funding and/or distribution of copies.
The Forum has local groups (initially one for each county and major city), plus national groups.
- If you’re interested in paying for more copies of FarageWatch than you can deliver yourself, you can shout out on the Forum for others within reach of you to take bundles off your hands – or arrange delivery from the publisher directly to someone else.
- If you’re interested in running a fundraiser to get FarageWatch bundles printed for your area, then getting them distributed, you can shout out on the Forum’s local group for other project team members.
- If you’re up for delivering newsletters but you can’t pay for them yourself, you can request on the Forum sponsorship by someone else, especially someone near you.
There are also be national groups to share interesting experiences while delivering copies of FarageWatch, and to chat more generally.
Everyone who buys a bundle of newsletters will automatically receive an invitation link. If you’re not buying at the moment but you’d like an invitation to the Community Forum, you can find the application link below this Community Forum Code of Conduct, which you must read before registering:

(Required reading for all members)
The FarageWatch Community Forum is a space for self-organising activists to collaborate on funding and distributing printed copies of FarageWatch.
To keep this place safe, useful, and vaguely sane, all members agree to the following:
1. Confidentiality is mandatory
This is a semi-closed activist coordination space. What happens here stays here.
- Do not screenshot, quote, forward, or repost anything from the Forum to social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, or anywhere else.
- Do not share other members’ names, locations, or plans outside the Forum.
- Treat every post here as sensitive operational information, even if it seems trivial.
- Breaking confidentiality = immediate removal. No melodrama, no debate.
This isn’t paranoia – it’s how we avoid handing Reform UK organisers free intelligence.
2. Safety first, always
- Don’t share your home address publicly.
- Don’t pressure others to share theirs.
- Discuss local meetups privately, after establishing trust.
- No doxxing – instant ban.
- If something feels unsafe, flag it to moderators.
3. Be respectful, even when you’re tired
We’re all here because we care about the country and want to counter Farage’s narratives.
So:
- No personal attacks
- No sarcasm aimed at fellow members (aim it at Farage if you must)
- No pile-ons
- No cruelty masked as “banter”
- No trying to run local fiefdoms or power games
You can disagree – just don’t scorch the earth.
4. No party-political organising
FarageWatch is non-party civic media.
In this Forum:
- No “Vote Labour/Green/Lib Dem/etc.” messaging
- No party leafleting coordination
- No canvassing plans
- No faction wars
- No internal party gossip
Keep the focus on FarageWatch – journalism, distribution, and civic information.
5. No disinformation, conspiracy spillover, or culture-war bait
We are a fact-based project.
No tolerance for:
- conspiracy posts
- unverified claims
- rage-bait headlines
- culture-war detours
- imported American nonsense
If you can’t source it, don’t post it.
6. Keep discussions practical & mission-relevant
This Forum exists for:
- arranging delivery groups
- finding someone to take bundles
- organising local fundraisers
- connecting sponsors with volunteers
- sharing real-world updates
- troubleshooting logistics
It is not for:
- endless political debates
- philosophy essays
- “someone should do X” rants
- personal therapy
- off-topic spirals
Stay focused so nobody drowns in noise.
7. Zero tolerance for harassment or bigotry
You know the rules:
- No racism
- No sexism
- No homophobia
- No transphobia
- No ableism
- No xenophobia
- No sectarianism
- No intimidation
- No punching sideways by one progressive political tribe of another
Break this and you’re gone.
8. Don’t misuse the Forum for personal gain
- No selling services
- No fundraising for unrelated causes
- No DM-spam
- No grift attempts
- No extracting data on activists for side projects
We’re here to build FarageWatch, not someone’s cottage industry.
9. Moderators’ decisions are final
If a moderator removes a post, closes a thread, or blocks an account, that’s the end of it.
The moderators protect:
- safety
- confidentiality
- clarity
- usefulness
- and the sanity of everyone involved
Appeals will be heard politely but not endlessly.
10. Act like someone who’s helping build something real
You don’t need to be perfect.
Just:
- be honest
- be kind
- organise cleanly
- respect people’s limits
- leave the place better than you found it
We’re building a national civic-media project out of nothing but paper, grit, and determination.
Let’s keep the space worthy of that.
For the future
The FarageWatch project has future aspirations for a Phase 2, involving a centralised crowdfund then a national volunteer pool, including the facility for sponsorship to stay local.
This will require more resources than we have at startup, so for now we are providing the FarageWatch Community Forum to empower self-starting activists to pool resources for the project now through mutual aid.
